What started as a small venture based on faith and inspiration soon grew into a leading force in successful real estate, thanks to Richards’s relentless pursuit of excellence, creativity, and integrity. His leadership and entrepreneurial spirit laid the foundation for the company’s success, which continues to thrive today.

Known for their vision, resilience, work ethic and commitment to his customers , Richard was a pioneer who believed in innovation, quality, and community.
